Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Lite might be the next upcoming smartphone under the Redmi Note 10 series lineup. A netizen, Kacper Skrzypek (@kacskrz), has shared images of the device model number and code name.

The phone will have a ‘2109106A1I’ model number and it is codenamed ‘curtana’. If you could remember, the Redmi Note 9 Pro India version uses the ‘curtana’ code name likewise the Redmi Note 9s.

So does that mean that the Redmi Note 10 Lite will be a rebadged Redmi Note 9 Pro (India version) and Redmi Note 9s (Global market)? Absolutely, the phone will be a rebadged version of these phones.

Xiaomi Redmi launched the Redmi Note 10 series smartphone in March 2021. They later unveiled the Redmi Note 10T 5G in July. These phones are midrange devices that comes at an affordable price while offering the best user experience possible.

Expected Redmi Note 10 Lite specs

Since the Redmi Note 10 Lite will likely be a rebadged Redmi Note 9s and Note 9 Pro for India, we can expect it to come with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, we might see a Snapdragon 720G chipset, paired with a 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM. The phone will likely run on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 user interface. It may have a 48MP main rear camera, 8MP ultra-wide, 5MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor.

On the front, we expect a 16MP snapper. The battery capacity will be 5020mAh with at least 18W fast charging. Since the Redmi Note 10 Lite will be a 2021 smartphone, it may come with a 90Hz screen refresh rate.

Xiaomi is yet to show signs of launching any smartphone under the Note 10 series this year, we will monitor them and keep you updated on any new development.
