The Nokia G50 release date might be fast approaching as the device has just been certified in the US. The certification document reveals some details about the phone. Looking at these details revealed, we think the phone will be the direct successor to Nokia 5.4 while inheriting its features from the Nokia X series devices.
The certification of the Nokia G50 in the US shows that the smartphone will be coming with a 4850mAh battery capacity. The model number of the battery is P660 and the model number of the phone is TA-1390. The document also shows that the phone will be coming with a 5V 2A charging. In other words, a 10W charger.
Additionally, the smartphone has been appearing on the internet recently. We know that it will come powered by a Snapdragon 5G processor. It will run on the Android 11 operating system, paired with a 4GB RAM + 64GB or 128GB ROM.
At the rear, the phone will come with a 48-megapixel primary camera and two other unknown sensors. Colour options could include Forest Black, Midnight Sun, and Blue. The pricing of the 4GB + 64GB variant maybe $283 and the 4GB + 128GB variant maybe $351.
Nokia G50 may come with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 5.1. Other details will be made available in due time.
