It looks like Samsung Galaxy A72 will be launching soon in India as it has bagged BIS certification. A Samsung mobile phone with model number SM-A7225F has been certified by BIS India today hinting at an imminent launch. The Galaxy A72 has for once been spotted on GeekBench which revealed some of its specs. It should be noted that the A72 smartphone will arrive in two variants which are A72 4G and A72 5G.
The Samsung Galaxy A72 launching soon in India might be the 4G variant. India hasn’t really adopted 5G like that but there are still some possibilities that the 5G version will be launched. Galaxy A72 4G that was recently spotted on GeekBench scored 526 in the Single-core test and 1623 in the multi-core test. The smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 720G SoC.
As for memory, it will have 8GB of RAM. There is no information on the ROM yet. The Samsung Galaxy A72 launching soon in India will run on the Android 11 operating system with OneUI skin. The A72 will succeed the A71 smartphone from last year. If you recall, A71 and A51 from last year were so popular and a lot of people acquired them.
It will be interesting to see how this Samsung Galaxy A72 launching soon in India will perform. Samsung dived into the budget smartphone last year with the A-series smartphone and they tend to have succeeded. There has been a lot of Samsung Galaxy A series smartphone in the chain to be launched in 2021 and some of them have even leaked and launched.
Will Samsung Galaxy A72 4G launch in India alongside the A52 4G?
The Samsung Galaxy A72 will likely launch alongside the A52. If you remember, the A51 and the A71 were launched together late last year. So it is likely that Samsung will take the same step. The A52 5G specs have leaked almost in full but not yet official. It will arrive with a Snapdragon 750G, 6GB, and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.
For display, it might have a 6.5inches full HD super AMOLED display and a 48-mega pixels main camera plus 32-mega pixels front camera. The battery capacity of the A52 5G is unknown for now. While the Samsung Galaxy A72 4G launching soon in India got BIS certification, there is no word from Samsung India yet concerning the launch date. Also, it seems like the 4G variants of the A72 and A52 will be launched separately while the 5G variants will be launched at the same time. Anyways, Fingers crossed.
