The launch timeline of the Vivo X80 series in India has been tipped. The series of smartphones comprising the standard Vivo X80, X80 Pro, and the X80 Pro Plus may debut in India in April 2022.
They are expected to succeed previous X70 series which were quite popular in India. While the smartphone is expected to debut in India in April, sources from the industry revealed that the phone may launch first in China before India.
This shows that we may see the series very sooner than later. The ‘X’ series from Vivo has always been their flagship series. One of the series which is the X80 Pro was spotted in Antutu benchmarks where it scored an impressive 1 million points.
The Mediatek Dimensity 9000 chipset under the hood of the device made it possible. There are reports that its bigger brother, the X80 Pro Plus will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
Ahead of the launch, the prices of the smartphones also surfaced, the Vivo X80 could be priced at CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 43,300), Vivo X80 Pro at CNY 4,599 (roughly Rs. 53,800), and Vivo X80 Pro+ at CNY 5,499 (roughly Rs. 64,400).
