Tecno has released a new update for the Spark 5 Pro and Spark 5 Air, the update which is believed to be an over the air (OTA) update comes bundled with a September security patch and it fixes some bugs plus system stability issues. The update is still based on Android 10 though.
We can’t verify if the update is for the Spark 5 Pro and Spark 5 Air alone. However, if you have any of the spark 5 series, you can simply go to » settings » About phone « and see if the update is available for you. The update size for the Spark 5 Air is 172MB while that of the Spark 5 Pro is 144MB. So make sure you have above 50% battery power and at least 300MB of internet data before proceeding to install this update.

Tecno Spark 5 Pro was recently launched in Africa, Nigeria to be precise. It comes with a 6.6-inches HD+ display, 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM, Helio P22 CPU, four rear cameras, Android 10, and a huge 5000mAh battery capacity.
The Spark 5 Air is the lowest version of the Spark 5 series but it comes with the biggest display. It spots a gigantic 7 inches display with a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels. The smartphone is running on Android 10 Go edition and comes in 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
It has got a dual rear camera consisting of a 13-mega pixels main sensor and a QVGA sensor. The front has an 8-mega pixels camera and what is keeping the light on is a 5,000mAh battery. None of the Spark 5 series comes with fast charge support but they are known to be very durable, battery-wise.
