The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G has just appeared on the NBTC database which signifies nothing other than its imminent launch. It appeared with the model number SM-A336E/DSN.
This same model number of the Samsung phone was previously spotted on the Samsung website. It reveals nothing but a dual phone with 5G connectivity. A Samsung phone with a similar model number has also appeared on Geekbench and on the Google Play console.
The model number of that one is SM-A3360 which leaves us to think that the A33 5G will have more than one variant. The SM-A3360 phone scored 727 points in the single-core and 1852 points in the multi-core one the Geekbench 5.
It is fueled by the Exynos 1200 octa-core chipset clocked at a base frequency of 2.00GHz. Although a tipster has revealed before that it will come powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 720 chipset.
On Google Search Console listing, the phone has 8GB RAM and runs on the Android 12 operating system. On the front, it has a 6.4-inch water-drop notch display with an FHD+ resolution.
It may sport an AMOLED display with a high refresh rate. The Samsung Galaxy A33 5G is rumoured to come with a quad rear camera which will include a 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
What is expected to be powering the phone is a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
