Two Oppo smartphones have been certified by the Chinese 3C certification platform. One of the devices is known to be the Oppo K9 Pro with model number ‘PEYM00’. The other device is unknown, it has a ‘PECM20’ model number.

The Oppo K9 Pro which is the Oppo PEYM00 has recently got certification from the Chinese TENAA certification platform with the same model number and it revealed its key specs.

It should be noted that the vanilla Oppo K9 had gone official in May this year, so Oppo is trying to bring its pro variant. But from what we are seeing, the Oppo K9 Pro will have improvement on the processor with a slightly better battery capacity. Aside from that, the rest of the specs remains the same as the standard Oppo K9.

Oppo K9 Pro gets 3C certification

The 3C certification of the Oppo K9 Pro revealed that it will come with a 65W (10V/6.5A) SuperVOOC charging support. The other device that it was certified with, the Oppo PECM20, will come with a 10W charging support.

Since we don’t know the PECM20 device yet, it can be easily identified as an entry-level device because of its 10W charging support. These are all we can get from the 3C certification of the Oppo smartphones.

Oppo K9 Pro expected specifications

Oppo K9 Pro has gotten TENAA certification earlier which revealed its specs. The smartphone will come with a 6.43-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.

Under the hood, it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset that uses an Octa-core processor with Cortex-A78 Core at 3.0GHz, three Cortex-A78 Core at 2.6GHz, and four Cortex-A55 core at 2GHz.

The phone will likely run on Android 11 OS. It will come in 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM. At the rear, the smartphone will come with a 64-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

On the front, it will have a 16-megapixel lens. What will be keeping the light on is a 4400mAh battery capacity. It will be available in Black, Blue, and Silver colour options. It has a dimension of 158.7*73.5*8.5(mm) and weighs 180grams.
