OnePlus Buds Pro is now official. The earbud was announced alongside the OnePlus Nord 2. It comes with lots of improvements and upgrades over its predecessor, the OnePlus Buds.
There is now a three microphone for clear call making and an active noise cancellation technology. It also comes with ear tips and a stem-like aesthetic.
OnePlus Buds Pro specs and features
OnePlus said the Buds Pro have a Smart Adaptive Noise Cancellation feature that reduces outside noise by 40dB. The earbuds also use the inbuilt three mics to enhance the user’s voice during calls while cancelling the background noise.
Another thing about the OnePlus Buds Pro is that it comes with support for a low-latency LHDC audio codec. Each earbud has an 11mm driver to offer a “precisely boosted” sound profile. The earbud also has a good battery life with fast charging support.
It can last up to five hours with active noise cancellation ON and seven hours with active noise cancellation OFF. If the case is added, you can push 31 hours of battery life.
The fast charging support of the Buds Pro can give you ten hours of use with just 10 minutes charge. It is made possible with the OnePlus’s Warp charging tech. The case also supports Qi-wireless charging.
Other features include support for the OnePlus Audio ID, Bluetooth 5.2, IPX5 rating for splash and dust resistance, etc. The earbuds weigh 4.35 grams, whereas the charging case weighs 52 grams. If you are not using a OnePlus phone, you can download the HeyMelody app to connect the buds.

The price of the OnePlus Buds Pro in India is Rs 11,100. It is officially priced at $149 USD in the state. It comes in two colours which are Black and White.
Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro announced in India with dual dynamic drivers
The Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro features Qualcomm’s aptX Adaptive codec and dual drivers. It is IPX4 rated which means that it can survive water splash and sweat. It comes with a quick pairing feature for MIUI phones, a minimum latency rate of 86 milliseconds, and up to 30 hours of battery life.
From the specs above, you can see that it is a rebadged Redmi AirDots 3 announced in February this year in China. So Xiaomi is basically bringing the AirDots 3 Pro to India in the Earbuds 3 Pro moniker. It competes against the Realme Buds Air 2 and OnePlus Buds Z.
Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro features
The Earbuds 3 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm QCC3040 chipset. It has dual dynamic drivers with a balanced armature. It comes with Bluetooth 5.2 version. For low latency and clear audio output, it features aptX Adaptive codec.
It comes with an IR sensor that detects when the earbuds are on your ear or out, it pauses music if you remove the earbuds and play when you wear them. It also comes with touch sensors that come in handy when you want to receive calls, increase volume, and activate voice assistant.
If the Earbuds 3 Pro is used with a Xiaomi smartphone, pairing it will be easy. You just have to open the case and the earbuds will pair automatically. It can last up to seven hours and with the case, it can last up to 30 hours.
Each earbud comes with a 43mAh lithium-ion polymer battery capacity while the charging case has 600mAh lithium-ion polymer battery. The case uses a Type-C port for charging.
Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro price in India, availability
Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro price in India has been set at Rs. 2,999 (MRP Rs. 5,999). The earbuds come in Blue, Pink, and White colours and will be available for purchase through Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home stores, and offline retailers starting 12pm (noon) on September 9.
Boult Audio Encore TWS earbuds announced in India
Boult Audio Encore TWS earbuds has been launched in India. It features IPX7 water and sweat resistance. The charging box uses a USB Type-C port. It has four receivers with Electronic Noise Cancellation technology.
The Audio Encore TWS earbuds comes with an oval-shaped design. It has soft silicone tips that help in noise cancelling. Thanks to the micro woofer encased in aluminium, it comes with vivid bass, completely clear highs, and stable mids.
Each of the earbuds have a touch control sensor that enables users to navigate between volume, music playback, and call control. Like we mentioned before, it comes with an IPX7 rating which means water resistance only, dust may penetrate the earbuds and damage it.
The Boult Audio Encore TWS earbuds comes with strong battery life. Each earbud can last up to 6 hours straight. With the charging case, you can use it non-stop for 36 hours. The charging case also supports fast charging to refill the lost energy immediately. It can take 1 hour and 30 minutes to fully charge.
The earbuds is priced at Rs. 1,999 (~$27) in India and it is currently available on Amazon.in. You can pick it up in two colours which are White and Black colour options.
DIZO GoPods and GoPods Neo launched in India
Dizo had earlier revealed that they are launching 7 new products this month September. Now on the very first day of the month, they have announced four new products, it is now remaining three.
The Dizo GoPods and the Dizo GoPods Neo active noise cancellation earbuds and Dizo Beard Trimmer Plus and Dizo Hair Dryer have been unveiled in India. The truly wireless earbuds come with 10mm drivers, realme R2 chip, Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) with Transparency mode, and 88ms low latency gaming mode.
They come with IPX5 certification for splash resistance. The GoPods earbuds can last 25 hours with the USB Type-C enabled charging case and active noise cancellation disabled. The GoPods Neo can last 28 hours.
