Honor left Huawei due to its challenges and has since been dishing out awesome products. The company held a mega launch event today where they unveiled a handful of devices. Out of the devices, we are going to be looking at the Honor Tab V7 Pro tablet.
The Tab V7 Pro is a high-end tablet that comes with a 7-layer cooling system for heat dissipation. It also supports the Magic Pencil 2 stylus. The tablet comes with an 11-inch LCD on the front with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.
It has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 276 pixels per inch density, a 120Hz refresh rate, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 500 nits brightness, and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Kompanio 1300T chipset, making it the first device to utilize this chipset.
The Tab V7 Pro runs on the Android 11 operating system based on the Magi UI 5.0 user interface. It has 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. The device also carries support for RAM extension tech.
At the rear, it has a dual-camera setup. The main sensor is a 13-megapixel lens and the other is a 2-megapixel macro lens. Honor Tab V7 Pro has a thickness of 7.25mm and weighs 485 grams. It features quad speakers, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB-C port.
What is keeping the light on is a 7250mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging.
Pricing wise, the Honor Tab V70 Pro is priced at 2,599 Yuan (~$401), 2,799 Yuan (~$432), and 3,299 Yuan (~$509) for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage respectively.
All these storage variant comes with WiFi only support in China. It is only the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant that is priced at 3,699 Yuan (~$571) that has 5G support. You can pick it up in Dawn Blue, Dawn Gold, and Titanium Silver colours.
